CAPSI and our first Industry Action Plan (IAP), VitalRail support stakeholders in making important improvements to specific industries in the name of economic and environmental long-term stability leading to a better quality of life for all. We start by working with key stakeholders to establish ten crucial goals for an ISI, such as VitalRail. Then together through conversations and iterative Series, Participating Stakeholders and staff drill down into the detail of the goals to address the challenges, opportunities and breakthroughs. The work is not only about uncovering great information. The real work is about breakthroughs that create new and better products and services.  This page is the starting place for joining us in doing this critical work.
We invite you to join our collaborative efforts in transforming freight transportation and industry infrastructure. Your expertise, insights, and participation are essential to building comprehensive solutions for North America's rail and industry challenges.

One more important detail. If all we did was produce great white papers on these changes, that would not be enough. We maintain Multilogue Records such as the Multilogue so that stakeholders can very simply track progress in summaries but still drill down into the the supporting evidence. Multilogue Records are the places where we all keep track of the work getting done.
